The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete an online appointment request.

Payment Options

The total sum of treatment is due when services are rendered We accept cash, credit card or check.  Third party 0% interest financing is available if you qualify.

If you have dental benefits we will estimate your patient portion. This is an estimate only and due when setting up the appointment for treatment. Coverage varies from carrier to carrier and your benefits are determined by your employer.

For your convenience, we accept cash, and most major credit cards. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

   
Dental Insurance

We are an out-of network provider. We accept assignment of benefits from all providers who will reimburse us. Most PPO plans offer out-of network benefits which allow you to choose the very best care for yourself and your family.
Please understand we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do, We cannot guarantee what your insurance will or won't do with each claim. Your level of insurance is determined by the policy your employer selects.
